Friday the 6th of August marks Jeans for Genes Day, a day on which we promote awareness of genetic disorders and raise funds to improve our understanding and care of those who suffer from genetic conditions.
Maria Vamvakinou, the Federal Member for Calwell said “It’s sad that the number of people completing apprenticeship in the Calwell electorate has plummeted. This massive drop of 33% in the number of apprentices finishing a traditional trade’s qualification is an outrage when local businesses are crying out for qualified tradespeople.”
