I was happy to congratulate my constituent Jessica Camilleri on being nominated for the Saward Dawson Community Service and Social Impact Award from the Victorian Government’s Victorian Young Achiever Awards.
Since joining Meadows Volunteer Pathway at Meadows Primary School, Jessica has committed to provide important volunteering support to the school's playgroup, and working on the development of a 'Movement for Learning' program which is led by Community Hub coordinator Maureen Leahy. I’d like to thank Jessica, Maureen and all at Meadows PS again for their efforts in moulding and shaping the youngest members of the Calwell community.
There are many great members of my community, and I always appreciate the opportunity to recognise their hard work.
