“Its disappointing to hear that Mr Bernard still has concerns about overcharging given the exhaustive process we both went through to bring this problem to Australia Post’s attention.” said Ms Vamvakinou.
“Over twelve months ago Australia Post assured me that they had taken measures to fix this problem, it would be a great concern if the practice of overcharging for CD mailers is continuing.” said Ms Vamvakinou.
"Australia Post provide a great service and Australians generally have confidence in that service. It would be a shame if Australia Post's good reputation was damaged by an overcharging problem which should already have been fixed." said Ms Vamvakinou.
