The 2019 Communities Environment Program is now open to expressions of interest (EOI) from local environment groups across the federal Calwell electorate.
If your group is in need of funds to make an important environmental project happen, delivering social benefits to the wider community, I encourage you to submit a proposal to my office.
Grant amounts range from $2,500 to $20,000 and applicants must be able to complete the project by December 2020.
Expressions of Interest close on 9 September 2019.
I will conduct a preliminary assessment of proposals before inviting applicants to lodge formal applications online.
The funding is provided through the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, and coordinated by members of Federal Parliament.
